Fish in Thai green curry

A dish with a sensational taste, even if it is not very good-looking.

RECIPE PREPARATION Thai green curry fish:

Fried rice with Thai shrimp

Method of preparation:

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Pour the beaten egg, tilt the pan on all sides, spread the egg in a thin layer in the form of an omelet and fry for about a minute.

Turn over on a wooden bottom, roll, then cut into strips. Put it aside.

Heat the curry paste with a tablespoon of water, then add the rice, mix, break into grains and shake the pan so that the rice is incorporated into the curry paste.

Add the shrimp and beans and heat until penetrated. Pour the lemon juice and fish sauce, then add the omelet strips and mix.

Serve the fried rice in bowls with lime slices and fish sauce. Sprinkle with cucumber slices, hot peppers and coriander leaves, as desired.

Then you can start preparing the sauce in a small bowl, mixing the garlic, brown sugar, ginger, rice wine, soy sauce and water. At the end, fry the chicken pieces in olive oil, brown them well on all sides, and then pour in the teriyaki sauce and leave in the pan. 259 everything on fire for a few minutes.

All these recipes can be prepared very easily at home and in the kitchen, if you have all the necessary ingredients. How about a chicken lunch with green beans, zucchini and curry? Delicious, I tell you! It is a creamy preparation, in Thai style, chicken with beans and curry is a great way to introduce in the menu of the little one aromas of green onion, garlic, ginger, basil.

I started eating rice every day because of the campaign The Asian Connection organized by Savori Urbane. I am very happy that I started testing Asian recipes, coming out of my comfort zone a bit in terms of cooking. On this occasion I discover a lot of delicious combinations and quick and healthy recipes with rice. And so I started cooking with more rice, given the fact that I decided to resume macrobiotic principles in my diet, so this campaign came to fruition!

I wasn't much of a fan of Asian recipes, but I must admit that I fell in love with certain Asian ingredients such as coconut milk, curry powder and rice in all its forms.

Coconut milk it is simply divine when added to rice dishes. It creates a perfect sauce and the texture of the rice changes completely. Can you believe that I didn't add any extra fat to this Thai rice recipe? It's out of oil! The only fat is from coconut milk and is more than enough. You will see that the texture is absolutely extraordinary!

With the help of this chicken curry recipe, you can easily introduce an ingredient such as curry into your little ones' diet. You can always make your own pasta, of course, by adding a little more hot peppers and spices once the kids get used to the taste. You can also add a handful of washed spinach leaves at the end, for a final dish with more vegetables.

Ingredients for chicken curry:

1 onion
1 piece of ginger (4 cm)
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
3 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons tomato puree

400 grams of finely chopped tomatoes from the jar

4 steps to prepare chicken curry:

1. Peel and slice the onion. Peel the garlic and ginger, then cut it into small pieces or grate them. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and onion, cook for about eight minutes or until soft and golden, stirring regularly. Add the ginger and garlic and leave for another two minutes.

2. Meanwhile, mix the tikka masala paste, yogurt and tomato puree together in a bowl. Divide the composition in half and add the chicken to the bowl. Mix everything together so that the chicken is completely covered with paste. Add everything to the pan, leaving it for about 5 minutes or until you notice that the meat starts to take on color.

3. Add the tomatoes, drained lentils and coconut milk. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally. Add a little water if needed. After the cooking time has passed, mix the spinach (if using) and let it wither.

4. Tear the chicken with a fork and mix well in the composition. Serve with basmati rice and yogurt, if desired.

Green curry in Thai

One of the most popular dishes in Thailand is Green curry in Thai, an explosion of flavors, most not found in Romanian cuisine.
I don't know if it's the food you fall in love with at first sight, I was young when I first tried it and I was in my first contact with Thai gastronomy, with only a few attempts at active Asian food. I didn't really get along with the spicy dishes either, so it took a while for us to adjust.

And yet I didn't come to love this curry in Thailand, it was too pure there, you had to be around the place to appreciate it. I came to love this food in North America and thanks to the pasta I used in the recipe below.

It is the best known pasta, the best of the ones I tried and it is made in Thailand. It is acceptable quickly, rather mild, I say it could be even more, but probably that's why it is so popular among those outside the country of origin of this curry.
